Melton brings nearly a decade of experience across blockchain, Web3, and digital finance, including executive roles at Bitcoin.com Exchange, FMFW.io, and Chiliz.

Her background spans operational leadership, strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance across diverse jurisdictions such as Malta, Gibraltar, and Dubai. This appointment marks a strategic move for Xprizo as it looks to scale its presence in underserved financial markets and deepen its customer-first approach.
