Betway Opens Customer Experience Centre in Sunyani
Betway Ghana has launched a new Customer Experience Centre in Sunyani, providing a dedicated space for sports fans to enjoy live football and digital gaming while fostering community engagement.
A Hub for Sports Enthusiasts
Located in Sunyani’s Rex area near the Cocobod headquarters, the center employs 13 staff members, with nine coming from the local community. This initiative aligns with Betway’s strategy to enhance service accessibility while strengthening its presence in Ghana.
At the launch, Magnus Rex Danquah Jnr, Country Manager-Operations for Betway Ghana, highlighted the brand’s commitment to delivering a unique experience:

More Than a Viewing Space
The Sunyani center is Betway’s fourth in Ghana, following locations in Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi. In addition to live sports screenings, visitors can explore virtual gaming zones and designated photo areas.
Betway has a strong connection to Sunyani, having previously hosted football talent hunts in the region with icons like Stephen Appiah and Mohammed Gago.
“Many players discovered through these events have gone on to build successful careers abroad. We don’t bet here. Just come and watch your favorite team play. If you need assistance, a customer care agent will be available at the main center or VIP lounge.”
