Crash Games Arrive on Supabets Through SmartSoft Partnership
Game developer SmartSoft has entered the South African market via a new partnership with Supabets, launching five titles on the operator’s platform in May 2025. The deal signals SmartSoft’s first major push into the region through a licensed operator.

Supabets Launches Five SmartSoft Games
As of May, Supabets users have access to five new titles from SmartSoft: JetX, FootballX, Balloon, CricketerX and Plinko. The games include crash and arcade-style mechanics and are designed to offer fast-paced, mobile-friendly gameplay.
“Supabets is thrilled to introduce an exciting new lineup of games from our latest provider, SmartSoft! Known for their innovative and high-energy games, SmartSoft brings a fresh wave of entertainment to our platform”, Supabets said in a statement.
SmartSoft’s Growing Popularity
SmartSoft, based in Georgia, has gained traction in international markets for its minimalist game design and player engagement features. Its popularity in South Africa continues to grow, particularly as operators look for agile content providers.
“SmartSoft has very quickly become a household name in the South African iGaming landscape, and the brand continues to get stronger and stronger. The simple game concepts and strong user engagement tools make SmartSoft an easy choice for operators”, wrote Bavukile Mpama, Head of Product at SmartSoft, in a LinkedIn post.
Crash games like JetX have been especially well received, and Mpama believes they are central to modern user experience strategies.
“Key games like JetX have been stretching the boundaries of customer experience, and this is a key component for operators putting customer experience first. Supabets is excited to build on the partnership with SmartSoft and we can’t wait to keep expanding the portfolio,” he added.
