Greentube Signs Hollywoodbets Deal Five Months After South African Launch
Austrian gaming supplier Greentube has secured a content partnership with South African operator Hollywoodbets, marking a significant milestone five months after the Novomatic division formally entered the local market in March 2025. The agreement provides Hollywoodbets customers with access to established slot titles including Book of Ra Deluxe, Sizzling Hot Deluxe, and Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe through Greentube’s Mynt platform.
Mynt Platform Delivers Scalable Content
The partnership utilizes Greentube’s Mynt platform, which includes a Remote Gaming Server and specialized modules designed for scalable content delivery across regulated markets. Hollywoodbets, which offers sports betting, casino games, and live dealer content, has expanded its digital presence significantly in recent years as South Africa’s online gambling sector grows.
“Hollywoodbets is a renowned operator in the South African iGaming market and one that we are very excited to be partnering with,” stated Michael Bauer, Greentube CPO/CRO. The collaboration represents a strategic step in Greentube’s regional expansion following its formal South African market entry earlier this year.
International Expansion Strategy Continues
Greentube has pursued multiple partnership agreements across regulated markets throughout 2025, including deals with Croatia’s national lottery Hrvatska Lutrija and partnerships with Zeal and bet365 for German lottery and online platforms. The South African agreement with Hollywoodbets extends this international growth strategy into the African continent.
Wayde Dorkin, Hollywoodbets Head of Product, indicated that the partnership significantly enhances the operator’s slot game portfolio with recognizable industry titles. The deal positions both companies to capitalize on South Africa’s regulated online gambling market through proven content that has established performance records in international jurisdictions.
